Montgomery Co. lawmakers unanimous on the Shovel Our Sidewalks Act

Montgomery County, Maryland’s new Shovel Our Sidewalks Act, which passed unanimously by the county council, requires the county’s Department of Transportation to clear snow from sidewalks in its Equity Emphasis Areas.
