Fundraising reports: Edwards outraised Ivey in the 4th, and a quick look at Maryland’s congressional races

Former U.S. Rep. Donna F. Edwards outraised former Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Glenn F. Ivey by more than $177,000 over the first three months of the year in the Democratic primary.
