Loudoun Co. Route 9 project aims to improve safety, commutes, retain rural feel

Loudoun County’ Board of Supervisors will hear recommendations Tuesday on improving safety and traffic flow on Route 9, the picturesque two-lane road that carries 17,000 daily commuters from Maryland and West Virginia.
